Main features
- Supports the receipt of PoGs into the warehouse. Included in this process is the ability to bar code and photograph individual packages. Also, you can attach any documents received that accompany the PoG into the GAACS Database. Also, when using the GAACS Supply Chain, you will have access to routing instructions provided by the Broker or Consignee.
- Using an ADI driven interface, both the goods handling and office related Functions are supported.
- For the Handling function you are able to manage the status of PoGs, whether they are ready to be placed on loading lists, or have been loaded for transport.
- Office functions support Accounting and preparation of all documents required. Included in this is the ability to consolidate PoGs information into 1 Bill of Lading.
If part of a GAACS Supply Chain.
The main difference between using this application as a 'free standing' system, or as connected into a GAACS Supply Chain, is in the ability to share information with other parties. This saves both time on the phone and time spent managing emails.
