Package Of Goods (PoG)

A PoG can be anything from an envelope to one or more containers.

• A PoG contains the items described in a shipment represented by a Bill of Lading.

GAACS manages all related information for a PoG.

• What each package weighs and measures.
• What is the content of the package.
• What is the value of each item in the package.
• Who was the supplier of the package.
• Who is the Consignee to receive the package.
• The bar coded label to be attached to package.
