What is a GAACS Supplier?
Any Supplier of goods to the Bahamas can become an active party in a GAACS Database.
Benefits to being an active Supplier in a GAACS Supply Chain.
- Provides a connection into the same GAACS Cycle used by the Consignee (Purchaser).
- Manages the creation of a PoG for the goods purchased by GAACS Consignee (Purchaser), and the bar coding of all packages involved.
- Uses the routing instructions created by GAACS Consignee (Purchaser) to manage the forwarding of the PoG to a GAACS Goods Handling Agent.
- Provides an online means to attach pdf copies of documents (packing slips, invoices etc.) to the PoG created when fulfilling the Consignee's P.O.
