Who can use GAACS and for what?
Anyone wishing to move or obtain a Package of Goods (PoG) can GAACS it. It could be someone wishing to purchase goods, or someone wishing to move goods. A Supplier can become a registered GAACS Supplier, allowing them to respond to purchasing requests, a Forwarding Agent can register as a GAACS Agent, allowing them to see PoGs they can forward.
